A Present from Auntie Joyce

This is a fine Westie wearing a little Scottish hat and a sash, just like in the parade. Auntie Joyce gave it to me for a parade present. Also some biscuits which I am sharing with Oliver. Who doesn't march in a parade.

The Tartan Parade 2016

It was a cold and rainy day, but I donned my new Balmoral cap and set off in my stroller to march in the parade.
I received my new prize coat from Barbour but Mama forgot to take to the right place when they judged the dogs so I couldn't try for another prize.

I saw some Viking which I didn't like
and we were so cold we stopped at Starbucks on the way home to get warm. As I was in a stroller they let me in.
It was not such a great time because of the weather, but I did my duty for my Scottish heritage.
And we didn't get a picture with Jaimie who was Grand Marshall but we were too busy marching.

I Won a Prize!

A fine Barbour coat to wear in the Tartan Parade on Saturday. I am in the second row, Edwina Underfoot of Murray Hill.
Mama entered a long while back, and you can see the entry form here:

Edwina Underfoot of Murray Hill is a Scot through and through, in her canine heritage and in the Aberdeen and Glasgow heritage of her human companion.

Listening for the call of the pipes. (Due to the parade, she can't hear a piper without running to the source. Nancy Reagan's piper brought her to the screen.) Video: http://edwinaunderfoot.blogspot.com/

Choosing a tartan for a new kilt

Edwina loves her kilt and tam, but would be proud to sport a new Barbour coat.
