I met a new friend at the vet who is Stephanie. She liked my name because it is like a lady on an old TV show and a picture is here of the girl Eddy with the dark hair. Mama says I am not named because of the lady on the TV show. But she said I am absolutely fabulous.

Here I am waiting to see Dr. Jennifer. She was taking care of a sickly cat first. The cat felt better when she came out of the little room in back.

Then I saw Dr. Jennifer in the little room and I waited on the table while she got the medicine for a shot. I hate to get a shot. But she said now I can play with my cousin Maya if Maya comes to New York.

This is Crispin's Crispian the Dog Who Belonged to Himself. I belong to myself though I live with Mama.

Here is something I like to do: sleep under the pie-safe.

I love my puppy food.

I go to the Rivergate Veterinary for all my medical needs. I have been three times already and I have a lot of friends. First I have to see my friend Kathy at the desk and then Mama gets a treat from the treat jar and I sit in my stroller until I get bored then Mama holds me a while and then Dr. Jennifer comes and says Hello and we go back to the little rooms. I go on the scale and now I am 7.5 which is BIG! because I eat so much of my Wellness Puppy food. And Dr.Jennifer clipped my nails which were getting long and cleaned my ears and took hair out. Then she gave me a shot and I don't like that so Starsky my other friend had to come and hold me tightly so Dr. Jennifer could give me the shot. Then Mama took a picture of me with my friends. And I like to go to Rivergate and I can go back in two weeks for something else.

Mama always has a lot of bones for us.

I was sitting in the bed with Boodie having a bone and she didn't mind.

Mama took me and Boodie for a turn.

Here is a word I hate: NO!
Mama says it very loudly and then says EDWINA! BAD GIRL!
Eddy is a good girl, Edwina is a bad girl, I think. I was just playing with a roll of paper I found in the bathroom.

Mama took me in the stroller for a turn and I wanted to come out. I was barking about it but Mama said I can't come out of the stroller until Dr. Jennifer gives me all my shots.

Yesterday Mama took me for a turn in the stroller. We had to buy my suppy which is Wellness Puppy in the can. It is very delicious. Then we got a new suppy for Boodie which is Spot's Stew. Then we went to Borders just to look and Rite-Aid because Mama said we use more paper towels than ever.
Here is my new cousin Maya which I didn't meet yet because she lives in New Jersey where I was born only I met her mother Sarah who came to get me from New Jersey.

My sister Boodie doesn't look like me as she has no hair most places, just on her head and tail. And a little on her feet. She goes to Mrs. Perkendahl's Canine Academy. Sometimes she doesn't mind if I am by her.

My crate is right near my bed which is handy.

I especially like to play with my duck.

It is a beautiful day to be a puppy. I got Mommy up extra early today and the Perkendahl Academy is closed for the holidays so Boodie is home from school so we had baths and then Mommy took me for a turn in the stroller. I never was in a stroller before and here I am. We went to the park and Mommy said after my shots I don't need to be only in a stroller and we can go for a real turn on the sidewalk.
